Rachel Radetsky
Director of Catering & Conference Services
Born and raised in Colorado, Rachel moved to Steamboat in 2003 and spent time working in non-profit event planning before joining the Steamboat team in 2007. Rachel has worked many roles with the resort including Night Dining Manager, Banquet Manager and Conference Services Manager. Her resort knowledge, 20+ years of experience in food and beverage, as well as her tenure in event planning and management, led her to becoming the Director in October of 2022. Rachel now leads the Catering and Conference Services department which oversees the planning and execution of weddings, special events and conferences at the resort. She sets up every event for success with her attention to detail, knowledge and strong relationships within the Steamboat and event communities.
Kari Bumgarner
Catering & Conference Services Manager
Bumgarner joined the Steamboat team in December of 2021, bringing ten years of experience in event management and tradeshow coordination. Bumgarner strives to customize each event to make her clients’ ideas come to life, making your event perfect no matter if it is simple or a large event with complicated details.
Taylor Hildreth
Catering & Conference Services Manager
Taylor is the newest addition to the Steamboat Ski Resort Catering & Conference Services department, bringing with her 13 years of experience in hospitality. Having managed sales and provided personalized planning services for various hotels, resorts & casinos across Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota, Taylor’s zest for building meaningful relationships between guests, clients, newlyweds, staff and vendors is something she values greatly and attributes to her history of successful event management.
