Radetsky joined the Steamboat team in 2007 working in the night dining operations managing Hazie’s and Four Points Lodge before taking on the banquet manager & conference services manager roles, becoming the director in October 2022. She now leads the planning and execution of all weddings, special events and conferences at the resort. Her 20+ years of experience in food and beverage, as well as her tenure in event planning and management, make her a great fit to plan your special day.

Bumgarner joined the Steamboat team in December of 2021, bringing ten years of experience in event management and tradeshow coordination. Bumgarner strives to customize each event to make her clients’ ideas come to life, making your event perfect no matter if it is simple or a large event with complicated details.
