Radetsky joined the Steamboat team as the night dining manager at Four Points Lodge and manager at Hazie’s before taking on the banquet manager role. She now leads the planning and execution of all weddings and special events at the resort. Her 19 years of experience in food and beverage, as well as her ten years of experience in event planning and management, make her a great fit to plan your special day.

Kelly grew up in Southern California until college brought her to the beautiful state of Colorado. She is a professionally trained chef and graduate of the Le Cordon Blue Culinary institute of Portland, Oregon. She began her career with a love of food and blended it into the world of hospitality. She has spent the last 30 years in the Food & Beverage arena starting as a chef and moving into catering and conference service. She has worked as Director of Catering and Conference Service in Denver for the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza, Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs, River House Resort and Convention Center in Bend Oregon, Sheraton Steamboat Resort and Villas in Steamboat Springs, Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa and is currently the Director of Catering & Conference Services for The Grand Hotel and Steamboat Ski Resort. She loves working with people and takes her passion for Food & Beverage into every opportunity. She is living her true dream job and is happy to be back in Steamboat.
